What is the difference between the two you may ask?

Focuses on working with clients for a longer-term basis that draws from insight into emotional problems, and perhaps difficulties due to trauma.
What I can help you with...
I offer a safe & private space to debrief on your experiences and discern your next steps to a life of confidence and well-being. Sessions last between 60-90 minutes.
I also offer telephone & video sessions to those who find it difficult or unfeasible to meet face-to-face.

This relates to any trauma in any individuals life. Recurring nightmares and/or triggers.
A deeply distressing or disturbing experience.
This can be an encounter as a child or as an adult. The body absorbs trauma and adversely affects you as a whole.
Past Sexual Abuse & Sexual Assault
Support for individuals (male or female) who has experienced past sexual abuse,or assault which at times can cause a dysfunctional adult life.

Depression and anxiety are the cause of a certain situation.

Dealing with Stress
Stress occurs fairly often in life, but high levels of stress can have a negative effect on physical and mental health. Therapy can help reduce these effects.
Relationships have their own unique challenges. The goal is, to re-introduce individuals anew, and refresh the partnership. The implication of strategies and the use of foundational respect and love is explored in the areas that is in need of rejuvenation.

Looking at the aspects of rebuilding a future after separation, divorce, or loss. Many strategies are discussed and the individual will begin to see life in a different scope.
