If you have insurance coverage, please contact me for further information.

I am able to offer services to individuals who have been deemed eligible for Victim Services (VQRP), and Veterans Affairs.

  • All services are confidential and in a private setting.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy


*If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, PLEASE give 24hr in advance notice.  If less than 24hr notice is given, and I am unable to fill your time slot, there will be a full charge of a regular visit $150.00

*No show appointments have a charge of $150.00


*Exceptions for weather related cancellations.
